With well over 25 years of experience as a K-12 teacher and administrator as well as central office administrator, Elsbeth is committed to seeing staff and students succeed. The last dozen years Elsbeth has led interdisciplinary teams and overseen several schools serving students who are not on track to graduate. Coaching people for success leads to high performing teams, schools, and businesses.
Elsbeth holds an MA in Education & Community Services: Primary Prevention of Teenage Drug and Alcohol Abuse and currently serves on the California Task Force for Assessment and Accountability for Alternative Education Schools. Elsbeth has served as the ACSA Educational Options President for three years and was selected as the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Educational Options Administrator of the Year in 2012. Elsbeth is honored to continue work in this arena providing custom training and consulting and believes it is a matter of equity to make sure all people have the support they need to become successful. This can only happen with strong leadership and a mission driven attitude.
Equally active in her community Elsbeth serves on the Board of the United Way of Northern California and is one of the founding members of the Catalyst Mentoring Movement in Northern California.
